Who operates Abedaca
Abedaca is an interactive programming education platform operated by Individual Entrepreneur ALIAKSEI KULBITSKI, registered in Georgia. The public site is abedaca.com and the lesson player is at app.abedaca.com.
What the service provides
Lessons replay changes to a real C++ and OpenGL project scene by scene. You can inspect the read-only code, move between scenes, follow narration and diagrams, and ask the author a private question. The player is a learning tool; it does not provide a development environment in which you can edit, build, or run your own code.
Chapter 1 is currently free with an account. More lessons and paid access are planned. The purchase page will identify the exact lessons included, the price and any applicable taxes before you place an order. A paid course purchase is intended to be a one-time payment with ongoing access to the purchased course and its updates, subject to these terms. It does not include future separate courses or a future paid AI service unless a purchase page explicitly says so.
Accounts and acceptable use
Use accurate account information and keep your sign-in details private. One account is for one person. Do not share paid access, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or upload unlawful or infringing material in messages to the author. You retain responsibility for the text you send. We may restrict an account when reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the service; we will consider any mandatory consumer rights.
Purchases and refunds
When paid access becomes available, checkout will be handled by Paddle.com. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Our Refund policy adds a 30-day money-back promise for an eligible course purchase. Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy also apply to its transactions. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable law.
Content and availability
The lessons, player, graphics, narration, and course materials belong to their respective rights holders. A course purchase gives you personal, non-transferable access to the purchased material through Abedaca. It does not transfer copyright or allow you to redistribute the lessons or recordings. Open-source code and third-party material retain their own licences where stated.
We may update lessons, fix errors, and maintain the player. We aim to keep purchased material accessible, but temporary downtime can occur. If an essential paid feature becomes unavailable, contact us so we can resolve it or arrange a remedy under the refund policy and applicable law.
Privacy and support
See Privacy for how account, lesson, and message data is handled. For product or account support, write to alex.kulbitsky@gmail.com or call +995 599 09 12 81. For a payment or refund question about a Paddle order, use the support link in your receipt or Paddle buyer support.
